PAYMENT INFORMATION
 

All prices listed are GST inclusive and in New Zealand dollars.

Secure online payment options are via Visa/Mastercard, Afterpay, and internet banking.

We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from Stripe payments to process online orders. This Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.

Customers can be confident that their details are protected and are used only for purposes of transaction fulfilment. House of Design New Zealand does not store cardholder or card information.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION
 

The item/s will be shipped direct to your address that you provide in the Checkout section.

We ship using different courier services from our base in Christchurch, New Zealand at the following rates.
Free delivery within New Zealand for all orders of or above $150 and more. A flat delivery fee of $8 applies for orders under $150.


​Free delivery to Australia for all orders above $300 and more. A flat delivery fee of $25 applies for orders under $300.


Dispatch of the ordered item/s will be within 48 hours of placing an order.


Please note that due to the ongoing worldwide pandemic some shipping delays may be beyond our control.

Please provide any special instructions in the Cart section. 

For orders to countries other than New Zealand and Australia, please email hello@houseofdesign.co.nz to discuss.

 

RETURNS POLICY
 

It is very important to us that you enjoy your purchase from House of Design. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund minus the actual shipping cost. You are responsible for packaging fabrics appropriately and for return postage. 

All returns must be made within 10 days of the purchase, and items must be received in original condition and will be inspected on arrival before approving the refund. Please email hello@houseofdesign.co.nz to discuss the return of your order.


Metsovaara fabrics are of the highest quality, but if you do find any faults, your purchase will be refunded in full, and no shipping cost will be charged.


Please email hello@houseofdesign.co.nz to let me know about any faults as soon as you receive your order and attach some photos of these.


The item/s returned must not be used and be in its original condition. If these conditions are not met the refund or exchange will not be processed.

House of Design Limited will not replace, remedy, or refund the product under circumstances of vandalism, misuse or general lack of care.  
 

Currently we do not offer any exchanges, but you can return your order as above and place a new order.
